Welcome to Gozico. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our cosmetic apartment renovation services and website. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or entering into a contract for cosmetic renovation services with Gozico, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.


2. Services Provided

Gozico specializes in cosmetic apartment renovation services, including but not limited to:

  • Interior painting and wall finishing
  • Flooring installation and repair
  • Ceiling renovation and decorative work
  • Wallpaper installation and removal
  • Minor electrical and plumbing cosmetic work
  • Fixture and fitting installation

All services are subject to availability and will be described in detail in individual service agreements or quotations.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided by Gozico are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices quoted are based on the information provided by the client at the time of assessment. Any additional work discovered during the renovation process will be quoted separately and requires client approval before proceeding.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing if there are significant changes in material costs or if the scope of work differs from the original assessment. Clients will be notified of any price adjustments before work commences.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement. Typically, our payment structure is as follows:

  1. Deposit: A deposit of 30% of the total project cost is required to secure your booking and commence work
  2. Progress Payment: 40% is due at the midpoint of the project
  3. Final Payment: The remaining 30% is due upon completion and client approval of the work

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other methods as agreed upon. Late payments may result in suspension of work and may incur additional fees.

5. Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects within the agreed timeframe specified in your service agreement. However, timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to material availability, weather conditions, unforeseen structural issues, or changes requested by the client.

We will communicate any delays promptly and work diligently to minimize disruption to your schedule.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project execution, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the property and scope of work required
  • Ensure access to the property during agreed working hours
  • Remove or protect valuable items and personal belongings
  • Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available during the renovation
  • Obtain necessary permissions from landlords or property management if applicable
  • Provide timely responses to queries and approval requests

7. Warranty and Guarantees

Gozico guarantees the quality of our workmanship for a period of 12 months from the completion date. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse or neglect
  • Damage caused by third parties
  • Issues arising from pre-existing structural problems not disclosed or discovered during the initial assessment
  • Manufacturer defects in materials (these are covered by manufacturer warranties)

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients may cancel their project by providing written notice. Cancellation terms are as follows:

  • Before work commences: Full refund of deposit minus 10% administrative fee
  • After work has commenced: Refund of unused portion minus costs already incurred and 20% administrative fee
  • After 50% completion: No refund available

Gozico reserves the right to cancel a project if the client fails to meet their obligations, including payment terms or property access. In such cases, refunds will be calculated based on work completed.

9. Liability and Insurance

Gozico maintains comprehensive liability insurance for all renovation work. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract for the specific project. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Damage to items not properly protected or removed by the client
  • Pre-existing defects or damage not caused by our work
  • Delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and creative concepts developed by Gozico remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not reproduce or use these materials for other projects without our express permission.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Client information is used solely for service delivery, communication, and record-keeping purposes. We do not share client information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations or as required by law.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or our services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.

13. Changes to Terms

Gozico reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
